Pressure washing Terms of Service

Agreement

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the client ("you") and Mav's Pressure Washing ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Services

Mav's Pressure Washing agrees to provide pressure washing services as outlined in the agreed upon estimate or proposal. Should you decide on additional services to be completed during the time of service, we will adjust the quoted price to reflect added cleanings.

Water and Electrical Usage

You agree to provide access to an on-site water supply and electrical outlets as needed to complete the work.

Payment

Payment will be required after the service is completed. Following your service, an invoice will be sent to your mobile phone and email, and payment can be completed through the invoice link. We also accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide us access to your property to perform the agreed upon services. We will make every effort to complete work on schedule, but may need to reschedule due to inclement weather or other factors outside of our control.

Safety Precautions

At Mav’s Pressure Washing we prioritize the safety of our clients and their pets, their property, and our team members. To ensure a secure environment, we take several precautions:

• We protect all exterior electrical outlets, switches, cameras and fixtures by sealing them off to prevent water or chemical solutions from damaging them.

• Our team conducts a thorough inspection before starting work to identify and protect any exposed wiring or electrical elements.

• During the washing process we ask that pets remain inside the home, to ensure they are safe from any potential hazardous chemicals that are used to successfully clean the home.

Property Condition

We expect your property to be in good repair and weathertight. Mav's Pressure Washing is not responsible for pre-existing faded paint on the homes siding, as well as damage due to loose siding, shingles, gutters, improperly sealed windows/doors, or other pre-existing property defects.

Potential for Hard Water Stains on Windows

Please be aware that during our soft wash and pressure washing services, water from your property’s exterior spigots is used as the primary source for cleaning. In many areas, this water contains dissolved minerals such as calcium and magnesium, commonly referred to as "hard water." When hard water comes into contact with glass surfaces such as windows, it can leave behind cloudy spots, white-chalky buildup, or streaks once the water evaporates. While we take care to minimize overspray and rinse thoroughly, it is not always possible to prevent all water from contacting windows during the cleaning process.

• The removal of hard water stains from windows is not included in our standard soft wash or pressure washing service.

• If you wish to avoid hard water stains, we recommend scheduling a professional window cleaning service with us to be completed after your soft/pressure washing service.

Stain Removal

While we strive for the best results, some stains caused by paint, bugs, or oil-based products may not be fully removable through pressure washing. We cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains; however, we do our very best to ensure a clean surface.

Outdoor Cameras and Wiring

You agree to allow us to protect and cover your outdoor cameras such as Ring doorbells, and low to the ground security cameras to prevent damages to the screen from exposure to our cleaning solutions. Outdoor wiring to power boxes are also recommended to be taped shut to prevent our cleaning solution causing damages. Our technician will conduct a thorough walk-around of the property ensuring all of this is completed prior to beginning the service.

Outdoor Furniture

We ask that the servicing area be clear of outdoor furniture, floor mats, and other equipment, such as grills, prior to our arrival to ensure no damage is done on our behalf. For outdoor mounted TV’s and other outdoor electronics, we recommend covering or removing completely prior to our arrival, and we will ensure a delicate wash around the area to prevent any electrical damaging. Should you need us to move the furniture for you, an additional $50 moving fee will be added to your invoice.

Marketing

You grant Mav's Pressure Washing permission to take before and after photos and videos of the work performed to use for marketing purposes, including on our website and social media pages. Should the client request their property not be showcased prior to our departure from the job site, we will respectfully withhold these before and after photos and videos.

Liability

The technicians of Mav's Pressure Washing are trained professionals. We are not liable for incidental damage that may occur during normal pressure washing operations. Mav’s Pressure Washing is fully insured with comprehensive liability coverage, providing protection against any potential damages or accidents that may occur during the pressure washing process.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address any issues at no additional cost. Should you have any specific requests or highlighted areas for the service, we ask that it be disclosed prior to the service being completed to ensure your utmost satisfaction.
